Paul has been a financial planner with AMPFP for over 18 years and prior to that gained experience in banking, lending and real estate roles. This has resulted in more than 30 years' experience within the financial services industry.

Paul has been integral in the growth of the Invest Blue business from an insurance and superannuation business in Armidale to one of the leading financial service businesses within Australia.

With an opportunity to establish a Queensland office in 2006, Paul and his family moved from Armidale to Brisbane.

Paul is passionate about the delivery of a consistent client experience through the support of tailored financial advice, systems and processes. He has been actively involved in the development of the Invest Blue brand and believes, living Invest Blues’ culture and core values is what sets Invest Blue apart from their competitors.

Paul is dedicated to community and his children's education. Having three girls attend St Margaret's Anglican Girls School in Brisbane, Paul has held the position of Director of the schools foundation and is actively involved in the schools rowing programme.

Paul enjoys many outdoor and sporting activities. He is an avid Cowboys supporter, having grown up in Far North Queensland playing rugby league for both the Kangaroos football club in Cairns and the Roosters on the Atherton Tablelands.

Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends and also travelling.  He thrives on both personal and team challenges. Challenges include the Tour De Rocks, a mountain bike ride from Armidale to South West Rocks that raises funds to support a cure for Cancer.  Paul is also looking forward to participating in the upcoming AMP Future 2 road bike ride from Melbourne to Adelaide which supports children with cancer and is being held in late 2014.

David is a Certified Financial Planner® and as Managing Director is responsible for executing the strategic plan of the business (in conjunction with the leadership team) and driving development of strategy with the board.

David joined Invest Blue as a consultant in 2001 and since then has held advising, strategy and management roles within the business. Within these roles he has demonstrated his ability to solve complex problems by thinking outside the box.

In 2009 David was appointed Managing Director, having held the role of Director since 2008.

David is dedicated to community involvement, and along with Steve Sewell has established a group of volunteers in Armidale that provide support to St. Vincent De Paul. These volunteers provide assistance with tasks such as moving house, mowing lawns and taking rubbish away.

David is also a firm believer that community sporting organisations play a large part in bringing a community together and volunteers his time at his local rugby club.

David enjoys spending time with his wife and children and values family, friends and being part of the community. He loves sport, including; Rugby, Rugby and more Rugby! David is a passionate Eels supporter and enjoys watching cricket. He also has a share in a horse syndicate, enjoys listening to music and has an interest in politics.

Jennifer commenced her career in financial services in 2000. Jennifer completed a Graduate Program in Financial Planning for a bank, through which she held roles as a Paraplanner and Financial Planner prior to joining Invest Blue in 2008.  Jennifer has held various roles in Invest Blue; now the Manager of Advice, Risk & Governance.  Jennifer has a passion for operations, compliance and governance and enjoys assisting the business and its people to achieve their goals.

As Manager of Advice, Risk and Governance, Jennifer’s accountability is to deliver the company’s strategic objectives in the area of advice delivery for clients.  Her personal goal is to ensure that Invest Blue is at the forefront of the financial planning industry providing valuable and comprehensive advice to clients. Jennifer is also a Director and Company Secretary.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, as well as cooking and crocheting.

David commenced work as a financial planner at Invest Blue in 2012, before becoming the Finance Manager in 2014. He has extensive experience in managing and accounting for small to medium businesses. His previous employment includes Boyce Chartered Accountants and Hamilton Bradshaw, the private equity business of James Caan. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance for Managers, Management Accounting and Business Law.

Outside of work David enjoys spending time with his family and friends and loves a variety of sports including rugby.

Kasey joined Invest Blue as the Practice Manager in 2004. During her time at Invest Blue, Kasey has been a Paraplanner and Financial Planner, however her passion has always been working with people and she ultimately found her way back into the human resources field becoming Invest Blue’s People & Culture Manager. Invest Blue is passionate about its People, and their growth and development. We want all our people to be successful. We are focused on creating a positive, engaged and high performing culture.   Prior to joining Invest Blue Kasey had experience in Human Resources in the banking industry.

Kasey has Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources/Marketing), a Bachelor of Law, a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is a Justice of the Peace Commissioned for Declarations Department of Justice NSW

Kasey moved from the North Coast to Armidale to study at University of New England and loved it so much that she stayed and made it her home with her family. Kasey loves spending time with her family (husband and two daughters) and friends. She loves a wide variety of sports and keeps fit by playing netball.

Lexi joined Invest Blue in 2015 as the Manager of Marketing and Communications. Prior to joining Invest Blue Lexi had experience working with business owners in developing and implementing communication plans as well as HR & Financial roles. She has a passion for spreading the word for businesses who are doing great work and whom serve their clients or customers well.

Lexi has Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia in her native town of Vancouver, Canada.

Lexi moved to Armidale in 2014 with her husband and 3 children and is loving the strong sense of community and activities in the area. For the past 15 years she lived on a large sheep & cattle property near Canberra and enjoys balancing the pace of corporate life within a rural and strong community-based setting.

Nicole, being the Head of The Invest Blue Way, oversees the requirements, rollout, and adoption (including training and support) of the technology strategy that supports Invest Blue’s end-to-end process.

Having had 20 years of industry experience (16 of those with Invest Blue), Nicole has had significant exposure to the evolution of technology. In her most recent role as Systems Administrator (for over 5 years), she has been instrumental in supporting the implementation of technology solutions to support our process.

She is passionate about driving efficiency and consistency through process and technology, with a focus on ease of the overall user experience.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family, taking her Bordoodle Kingston on long walks and baking.

Melissa has over 15 years'experience in the financial services industry having previously worked in both London and Sydney. She joined Invest Blue in April 2007 as the Client Support Manager for the Brisbane office. In May 2015 she moved into a new role as the Office Support Manager providing training and support to all offices and Client Support Managers within Invest Blue.

Melissa loves to spend time with family and friends. She enjoys travel, yoga and relaxing on the weekends with her husband, daughter and their sausage dog Frankie.

Carl is a 13-year finance and accounting professional who joined Invest Blue in 2016. After starting his career in Western Australia in a chartered accounting firm, Carl has since worked for private investment firms, ASX listed mining and engineering companies, and in the oil and gas industry. Carl’s experience spans from caring for clients and managing teams, to providing financial support and guidance on some of Australia’s largest oil and gas projects.

Outside of work Carl enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He loves to travel, keep fit, and catch up with friends and family. A passionate supporter of all sports, Carl is most passionate when it comes to the Geelong Cats and the Western Force.

Courtney has worked in the financial services industry since 2011. After starting as a Client Services Manager, she transitioned to a Financial Adviser 2 years ago. She has recently obtained her Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys travelling with her boyfriend; they particularly enjoy camping and discovering Australia's beautiful countryside. When not travelling or planning their next trip, they are busy renovating their home in bayside Brisbane and spoiling their German Shepherd x Border Collie.

Rebecca joined Invest Blue in 2019 as a Relationship Manager and has since moved into a People & Culture Assistant role.

Rebecca has previous experience in HR through assistance in the recruitment process both at Invest Blue and in her prior employment, and she is keen to develop her experiences further.

Rebecca enjoys working in the financial planning industry as she can see first-hand the joy provided to clients by helping them achieve their goals and live their best possible life.

Nicole joined the Invest Blue team in July 2017 as part of a merge with Advanced Planning in Tamworth, who she worked with for 13 years prior as the Business Manager. Nicole was born and raised in Tamworth and has over 20 year’s business experience working both locally and internationally with stints in Brisbane and the UK. Early in 2016 Nicole and her family relocated to Newcastle and Nicole continued to manage the Tamworth practice from home.

Outside of work Nicole and her husband run around after their two teenage sons and where possible, love to catch up and grab a little R&R in quaint little coffee shops around the Hunter. Nicole is a sports enthusiast and a passionate supporter of Lake Macquarie Football (Soccer) Club where her sons play and her husband coaches.

My parents never received sound Financial Advice when I was growing up and mistakes were made as a result. When reflecting on that all those years ago, I thought if I can help people avoid the traps my parents fell into, maybe I would enjoy that.

Daniel has since then been a Financial Adviser for over 20 years and has spent the last decade building & managing his own practice. He is now providing direct advice and has joined the Invest Blue team as an Advice & Compliance Coach, who is rather keen to give back. Daniel enjoys the game of being in business above all else. Striving to improve, challenging the status quo and adapting to new ways of doing things, that has always been a driver for him.

In Daniel's spare time he values life experiences, the NFL and especially travel. He also has 3 amazing children. Skiing is another highly ranked activity of his.

She has over 10 experience in marketing and has been working in the financial industry since 2018.

She's passionate about helping more people become financially aware and to understand the positive impact a financial adviser can make on your financial future.

In her spare time, you will find Madi with her partner and Dalmatian Peaches, either out on a walk at the beach.

Ashleigh is a recent business graduate with previous experience in social media management and copywriting.

She is a motivated and enthusiastic team-player, bringing a professional work ethic and commitment to a career in marketing. Passionate about the financial planning industry, Ashleigh is genuinely excited to be part of a company that helps people reach their goals and dreams.

In her spare time, Ashleigh enjoys going on bush-walks and spending time at the beach!

India’s love for branding and marketing has seen her traverse across lifestyle brands within the Australian craft beer and tourism industries, with specialised experience in managing campaigns, content, public relations and social media. She makes the jump into finance with a passion for delivering financial literacy to audiences wanting to better their lives, and advocates for consciously considering your money habits.

When she’s lucky enough to get away from the screens, you can find India exhibiting the ultimate DINK lifestyle, with her partner Tom and dog, Kepler - most likely exploring outdoor environments both near and far from their home in the idyllic Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast.

Sarah joined Invest Blue in 2021 as a Project Manager. Prior to joining Invest Blue, Sarah worked as a Project Manager for Pinnacle and has over 13 years of experience in the financial advice industry.

Laen is married with 2 young kids and has lived in beautiful Hobart her whole life. Laen studied Tourism throughout school however obtained a Reception role at Strategic Financial Planning at the age of 20 and hasn't looked back. There is always something new to learn and it's nice knowing at the end of the day you have been a part of adding value to people's lives. 

In Laen's spare time she is usually running around after her two boys! While also renovating their home and a caravan she loves spending time with friends and family. In Laens off time, she enjoys puzzles and taking her dog for long walks.

Stuart joined Invest Blue in 2021. Prior to joining Invest Blue, Stuart worked as a Business Consultant for Strategic Financial Planning. Stuart has over 30 years experience in the finance industry and wider business community in both small to medium-sized companies and large ASX listed groups. He has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions from due diligence to implementation. He specializes in Project and Operational Management with experience in Business Strategy, People and Culture, IT Systems, Analytics, Finance, and Legal. He is a practical and lateral thinker, focused on working with people to achieve desired client and business outcomes.

Stuart loves spending time with family and friends and has three boys with his wife Kimberly. The family enjoy camping, fishing, and spending time together eating great home cooked food around a campfire or the dinner table. He has a passion for the outdoors where he finds relaxation and calm and is a keen gardener. Stuart and Kimberly are keen travellers and love the outdoors and all things to promote exercise.

Yode has worked in accounting, finance and superannuation since 2019. Yode is currently completing his CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of New England.

Originally from Botswana, Yode immigrated to Australia to pursue a career in the financial industry. Yode strongly believes in the importance of family and helping others around him.

Outside of work, Yode enjoys playing sports, jogging with his playful kelpie 'Paddy', gardening with his beautiful partner Jade and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Nathan joined the Invest Blue family in July 2023, after working as a consultant for Invest Blue for several years.  The family-based ethos of Invest Blue was a great attractor for Nathan, the leaders and their teams are focused on delivering the best results for their clients, whilst focusing on ensuring their people strive to be their best.  Invest Blue and its people celebrate what's right with the world!

As Head of IT, Nathan's focus is on maintaining leading security practices to ensure Invest Blue continues to be a leading Financial Planning firm in the industry.  His experience working with a managed services provider, and a customer-centric focus make him well-poised for this role. Nathan's goal is to work together with the people that make Invest Blue great, and to make the technology we use even better!

In his spare time, Nathan enjoys training at the gym, spending time with his partner and their two black Labradors, riding his motorcycle, and traveling. Nathan loves expanding his horizons by experiencing other cultures, eating their food, drinking their wine/beer/gin, and living life to the fullest!

Ralph has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, is a Certified Fiber Optics Technician (CFOT) and is also a Certified Premise Cabling Technician (CPCT). He has been working in the IT industry with previous experience with Verizon Business private networks, Australia Gas Light Company, Author Solutions Inc., Microsoft technical support and legacy mobile OSes supporting APAC countries. Ralph commenced work as a VA Executive Assistant at Invest Blue in 2014, before joining the Database team as a Database Support, then moved into the Finance and IT team in 2016, which is now the Business Analytics team. He likes working in the financial planning industry because there are now sophisticated systems that make it a lot easier for everyone to work seamlessly. Ralph's goal is to work in the back end of the financial planning industry, building and enhancing systematic and flawless technology.

In his spare time, Ralph spends time with his family and is also into long hikes in less trodden mountains or cycling, conquering killer uphills.

Christine has a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, and a National Certificate 2 in Food and Beverage Services. She previously worked as a Software Engineer Analyst / Application Development Analyst for Accenture and a Quality Admin 1 -for RealPage.

Christine likes working in the financial planning industry because it widens her knowledge and enhances her experience. Knowing that industries are shifting into the modern digital world, she is ecstatic to contribute and be a part of innovation in this industry.

In her spare time, Christine loves baking cakes/pastries and learning new techniques in cake decoration, sewing anything, watching documentaries, conspiracies,  and most of all movie marathons. She also loves outdoor activities like riding a motorcycle, walking her dogs, and going to mountains or beaches.

Biena has a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting and 2 years experience in the hotel industry as an AP accounting assistant. In this role, Biena was responsible for handling external invoices, monitoring expenses and liaising with property owners. She began working with Invest Blue in 2016 and likes her role as it is helping her to build a solid career as an accounting professional, and she enjoys the learning and development. She likes working in the financial planning industry as it helps many people to understand and manage their money.

In her spare time,  Biena usually travels back home to her province and spends time with her son and Family.

Franz has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Banking and Financial Management. She previously worked as a Student Assistant under the Human Resource department at Cebu Institute of Technology and as a University Intern at the Philippine National Bank.

She likes working in the Financial Planning Industry because it taught her how to be financially literate and mindful about managing her finances.

During her spare time, she likes to stream videos online, watch movies and series, listen to music, play with her dogs, and think about starting her own business.

Ervin is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship. He has worked as a Sales Consultant for an Automotive Industry and a Marketing Associate for a Student Visa Processing company prior to Invest Blue. Considering that he's always inclined toward business particularly in his course and previous jobs, learning about investments, sales, insurance and financial planning provides him with a deeper understanding about the business world. Working as a Financial Planning Assistant is a new field for Ervin but the idea of being able to assist people is not and he is the type of person who wants to help and be of service to others to the best of his abilities.

In his spare time, he usually plays DOTA 2, goes out for unli-chicken/buffet and drinks beers (tons) with peers.

The opportunity to grow & learn new things. Every day has been a new experience for me and as the days go by I slowly understand my role as a Database Assistant, which in return gives me a sense of accomplishment.

Joshua has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology. He worked as a System Admin; Email Support; Trainer/QA prior to joining Invest Blue.

The financial planning industry's line of work provides him with insight into the industry itself. This allows him to gain valuable knowledge of good practices that he can then apply in his daily endeavours.

In his spare time, he makes it a habit to exercise for at least an hour 1 day. Joshua also loves to play computer games, mainly FPS games.

Regina has a BS in Management Accounting and BS in Accountancy degree and previously worked as an Accounts Payable Officer in The Abaca Group Inc. and interned as Accounting Staff at Llama Construction Company prior to joining Invest Blue.

What she likes about the financial planning industry is that it is a very challenging and fast-paced industry but knowing that she gets to help others achieve their financial goals gives her a great sense of fulfilment.

In her spare time, Regina loves discovering new restaurants and trying different cuisines. She equally enjoys hiking mountains and exploring beaches. She also likes spending time at home with a good book or an old movie and playing with her 4 dogs.

Charchille has a degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to Invest Blue, she worked as an assistant to the CEO of World Outsourcing Solutions Ltd. based in the UK then became an Executive Researcher, in the recruitment industry, for Next Step Japan Ltd.

Charchilletook interest in the financial planning industry when she started gaining knowledge about the field. It amazes her how big of an impact they make on the lives of many.

During her spare time, she likes to create some DIY innovations and spend time with her family and friends.

Anne graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting. She worked as an AP, AR and Transfer Pricing Analyst on a manufacturing and retail firm.

She likes working in a financial planning industry because it is a new set of challenge and knowledge that she could get while working in a  financial planning industry. It gives her a prospect of why save now and spend later.

During her spare time she likes to do some learning and development training with her 3 years old daughter, cleaning the house, go to amusement park, window shopping, watching Korean Series and sometimes cooking pasta or baking cookies.

Sharyn previously worked at a digital marketing company, she had the unique experience of juggling responsibilities as both a bookkeeper and a marketer.

Kiara believes that Investblue is a company that genuinely cares about providing the best for its clients and their team members and is excited to take on this role in such a supportive company.

Kiara holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and has worked as a tax/Superannuation accountant for the previous 6 years. Kiara is looking forward to this role change that will enable her to grow and expand her skills.

Outside of work, Kiara has 3 energetic and cheeky nephews that provide her with endless entertainment. She loves being an aunty because she gets to join in the mischief and fun and enjoy all the good stuff without the responsibility! She also enjoys spending time with friends and other family, taking weekend getaways and bingeing a good TV show.

John has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, majoring in Multimedia, Graphics and Computer Animation. He has previous experience as a Graphic Artist for Sports Infocus and then as a Technical Support Representative for DELL computers and Microsoft. John began working with Invest Blue in 2018 and although he did not imagine working in the financial planning industry, he enjoys learning many new things. Especially Digital Marketing.

In his spare time, John loves to chill, read a book, draw, do something creative, listen to music,  and watch movies, series, or documentaries. He also likes to drink iced coffee, play the ukulele, explore some good street foods and chill hangout spots, watch indie band shows, and hang out with friends with a nice cold beer.

Alan has a degree in Information Technology and was working as a quality analyst prior to joining Invest Blue.

What he likes about the financial planning industry is that it's very interesting and it also makes you more aware of how you should invest your money now to get a more convenient future.

In his spare time, Alan is a photographer, if he's not doing event shoots, you'll catch him in the streets or in the nature spots taking pictures.

Analou is a graduate of  Bachelor of Science in Economics at Visayas State University. She previously worked as a Science Research Assistant and Junior Data Architect.

Working in a financial institution has always been her dream and to be able to work in a financial planning industry is a dream come true. It has always been a great opportunity to help someone achieve financial goals.

In her spare time, Analou likes to read travel blogs and watching travel vlogs.

Michelle is a fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting degree at the University of San Carlos.

Working in the financial industry is her childhood dream. As a kid, she used to pretend-play as a banker with her sister. It is her passion to be able to aid people who seek financial assistance and services.

In her spare time, Michelle loves to just chill at home and watch movies on Netflix or spend time with her dogs.

Gardo was once a part of the Learning and Development team, as a Product Specific Trainer for Microsoft. He organised, coordinated, and ran trainings which does not fall far from his duties here in Invest Blue.

He is mostly proud of his work ethic, adaptability, and being a fast learner which has greatly helped him land promotions quite early.

In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities. He loves nature walks, hiking up hills/ mountains, and even spelunking. He is also a freediver and most of my weekends are spent visiting dive spots in and out of Cebu. When he is  not outdoors, Gardo spends his free time catching up on TV series and newly released movies.

Catherine joined Invest Blue in 2023 as a Project Manager.

She has experience in the agriculture, education, energy, and media sector.

Catherine brings a strong communication and stakeholder engagement background to project management and enjoys working with a wide variety of people and topics.

Originally from Brisbane, Catherine now calls Armidale home and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is an avid reader and loves going to the beach."

Sandra joined Invest Blue in April 2023 with 30 years of experience working in the Banking and Mortgage Broking industry.   She enjoys helping clients to find their 1st home and subsequent homes.  Sandra looks at the client's needs and tries to find the best possible outcome and helps them from start to finish.

Sandra is based in the Central Coast office at Erina.

She is married with 2 sons and has lived in Terrigal for 30 yrs.  In her spare time, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family and loves competing and training for triathlons.

A Business Management career started in Portugal. Experience in Manufacturing, Construction and Financial Planning Industries.

Susana recently joined Invest Blue as a Management Accountant. Susana has several years of experience in Management Accounting helping the business with budgeting, cash flow, payroll, and financial planning.

Outside of work Susana loves learning new skills. Susana is a Motorbike enthusiast, beginner pianist and has a passion for soccer. Susana is an animal activist and is often seen with her dog Tico or whistling alone with Jonny, a canary.

Susana has completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Portugal and a double Masters of Professional Accounting/ Master of Business Management in Australia.

Rozanna Spring (also known as ‘Rozzie”) joined the Invest Blue team in 2021. Prior to this, she had the pleasure of working alongside the partners of Advice First (a firm that partnered with Invest Blue in 2021) as the Operations Manager for over 16 years.  Having been involved in various areas of a financial advice and education firm provides Rozzie with clarity when setting goals for herself, her family, and our clients.

Originally from the Mid North Coast of NSW, Rozzie and her husband officially called the Gold Coast home in 2006 (still Blue’s supporter at State of Origin time). Rozzie and her family love to recharge outdoors on the weekends in the sun. 2020 introduced them to a new world ‘parenthood’; a baby girl who keeps them busy, thinking differently and loving life.

Ilma graduated in Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology. She used to be a Front Office Staff and has experience as a Contract Service Worker in a government agency in the Philippines.

Ilma stated that she had no knowledge of what the industry was, but by the time she was hired and trained, she was able to understand the importance of this industry to the people, especially for Financial Planning. This has also taught her to be wise financially. Working here also made her discover herself more. She had no confidence before, and she got scared if she made mistakes. She is now able to learn the skills she never knew she had. Ilma was able to accept that making mistakes is normal as long as you’re doing your best. Ilma expressed she loves how challenges mold her to become a better employee.

In her spare time, whenever she gets bored, she does some TikTok makeup transformation trends. She also loves working out and playing with her little boy.
