Adam was born and raised in Tamworth, attending high school in Armidale at TAS. He spent a year in the UK as a PE assistant prior to studying externally through UNE where he completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English and History. In 2012, Adam began working in the Financial Services industry as a Client Service Manager within his family's Financial Planning business, which had been operating in Tamworth for over 30+ years creating long-term relationships with many of his clients. "I quickly learnt the importance of financial planning and the benefits of building strong client relationships based on trust."

In 2015, Adam joined Invest Blue to build out the Tamworth team which now has 3 full-time Financial Planners and approximately 400 clients across the Central North, Central West and Upper Hunter areas. That same year, Adam also completed his Diploma of Financial Planning and attended the AMP Horizons Academy in Sydney. He has since also completed his Advanced Diploma in Financial Services plus holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning + FASEA qualifications.

In his spare time, Adam loves spending time with his family -- wife Millie and their 3 children, Freddie, Viv and Valerie. He is also a keen sports enthusiast who loves to play golf, tennis, rugby union and Oztag as well as spend time at his family farm on the outskirts of Tamworth.

Andrew McCormack

Andrew is originally from the New England region being born in Bingara. His family moved to Sydney in the mid 70’s for employment opportunities. He has been involved in the Financial Services profession since 1998 working initially as a Business Development Manager (in Sydney) supporting financial planning practices. Andrew, his wife Lisa and son’s, Mitch and Daniel re located to Tamworth in 2010 when he started working as a financial planner, initially in a small planning practice. He moved to a Financial Planning role with the NAB in 2015 and later joined Advisory Group in 2020, which was incorporated into Invest Blue in 2021.

In his spare time, he is actively involved in the local sporting community spending 4 years as President of East Tamworth Football Club and more recently as Treasurer of West Tamworth Cricket Club. Both his boys share his enjoyment of sport and weekends are spent watching the boys play football in the winter and playing cricket alongside them in the summer.

Regina was born and raised in Dubbo on a family farm and grew up showing cattle. She moved from her Real Estate career and started her Financial Planning career in 2020, where she began as a Relationship Manager. Regina began her studies with a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and since starting at Invest Blue in 2021, has progressed diligently through her studies and advanced her career in the financial planning industry recently moving into an Associate Planner role.

Regina loves working with both the Financial Planners and her Clients throughout the Dubbo and Tamworth regions and keeps herself challenged in her role by always advancing her knowledge in the industry. She is currently studying for her Master of Financial Planning which is a specialised qualification offering contemporary teachings in financial advice theory and strategy.

Outside of work, Regina loves to spend time with her 3 daughters, riding dirt bikes, playing soccer in both summer and winter competitions and going away camping with her children.

Olivia's career in client service began planning and managing events at one of Sydney's most iconic venues. With a Bachelor of Business from the International College of Management Olivia worked on everything from relationship management, to procurement and risk mitigation for a range of high profile clients. 

Olivia also has a love for film and TV which lead her to BBC Worldwide to do communications and operations internship at their Australian branch. She is now looking forward to applying her experience to the financial services industry, where she can use her passion for service to help people achieve their goals.

Outside of work Olivia loves to spend time with her family and friends and has recently moved back to her hometown of Tamworth to raise her beautiful daughter Evie.

Renee joined Invest Blue in 2021 as a Relationship Manager. Whilst reasonably new to the Finance industry, Renee is thoroughly enjoying everything it has to offer. Prior to joining Invest Blue, Renee spent 17 years in the medial industry, 14 of those as a Practice Manager.

Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful children.

Joyce graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (Clinical Laboratory Scientist). She has a working experience in different hospitals in Cebu. She has been assigned to different clinical laboratories and the forensics department. During her gap year, she also tried working abroad specifically in the United States where she volunteered in one of their medical projects in relation to Medical Science and Biology. Joyce also has experience in sales and marketing.

What she likes about working in the financial planning industry is the idea of being financially secure and independent. Her degree may have always been in relation to science but she has a deep interest in the financial industry for she believes that being financially literate helps me manage money wisely, make sound financial decisions, and achieve financial stability in life. It also helps us get through unexpected moments in life.

In her spare time, she goes horse riding and tennis fortnightly with her father and spends time with her huskies. Joyce also loves travelling with her dogs except for the part where they try to drive the car.

Julie is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce - Majoring in Management Accounting. Previously, she worked in the BPO industry as a Credit and Collection officer to Accounts Payable Administrator for a giant Australia-based beverage company.

It is her first time working in the financial industry and she learn to appreciate how financial planners help their clients to manage their finances and future plans. As a financial planning assistant, it feels good to be a part of it.

Outside work, Julie loves to be one with nature and chase sunsets.
