We are ideally looking for an Associate Adviser to join our Tamworth team to work closely with the senior Advisers whilst building a career in Financial Planning.
The focus of this role includes assisting in providing quality advice to clients that is valued and meets all licensee and relevant legislative requirements and providing a high quality client experience by understanding the client needs and recommending appropriate strategies to help them achieve their goals and live their best possible life.
Desired Skills and Experience
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Understanding of financial planning and advice documentation
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise & schedule work targets
- Ability to work under pressure and within well-defined compliance framework
- Ability to work towards and meet agreed targets
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed of timeframes
- Technical knowledge and a commitment to maintain that knowledge over time. Keeping abreast of technical changes via continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning Degree (or in the process of obtaining)
- Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (or in the process of obtaining)
- Standard background checks including but not excluded to criminal history, bankruptcy, ASIC
- Current non-restricted drivers license for the relevant state or territory

Remuneration is dependent on level of education and experience and will range from $80K to $95K inclusive of superannuation.
